Blue Cross Idaho Selects ZeOmega for Care Management

The Jiva software will enable the health carrier's efforts in behavioral and medical care management.

Meridian, Idaho-based Blue Cross of Idaho has selected Jiva care management software from Frisco, Texas based ZeOmega to support its initiatives in behavioral and medical care management.

The web-based Jiva leverages electronic health records, point-of-care tools, decision support, and user-configurable workflows for care management, ZeOmega claims.

“Blue Cross of Idaho went through an exhaustive due diligence process before selecting ZeOmega," Bruce Croffy, M.D., SVP and chief medical officer for Blue Cross of Idaho, says in a statement. “Having a robust care management platform that addresses both behavioral and medical care management processes is critical to the success of our initiatives."
