CRM BRIEFS

--> Financial Profiles and Axonom are partnering; --> Still River Retirement Planning Software releases three needs-based retirement income calculators; --> AAA Life Insurance licenses Genelco LifeView...

Financial Profiles Inc. (San Diego), a provider of financial planning solutions, and CRM solutions provider Axonom Inc. (Minneapolis), are partnering to integrate Financial Profiles' Profiles+ Forecaster with Axonom's forthcoming release of Powertrak Wealth Management V6.0. The combined solution will represent the first integrated wealth management CRM and financial planning solution for Microsoft CRM, according to the vendors. The integration of Financial Profiles' Profiles+ Forecaster will add financial planning functionality to Powertrak Wealth Management that will enable users to analyze and graphically represent their clients' present financial situations.

Still River Retirement Planning Software (Harvard, MA) released three needs-based retirement income calculators. They are available through the vendor's RetirementWorks desktop system. Designed to reflect individual circumstances and changing retirement income needs, these calculators answer the following questions for retirees: "How much, if any, of my assets should I annuitize? How much should I withdraw this year from my assets to cover my expenses? Which assets should I liquidate to meet this year's income needs?"

AAA Life Insurance Co. (Livonia, MI) has licensed Genelco LifeView, from Genelco Software Solutions (St. Louis), a division of Liberty Insurance Services Corp., to expand its agent services and improve consumer data access for its multiple product offerings. AAA Life distributes level-term life, whole life, universal life, children's life, and several annuity options to AAA members and non-members. "AAA Life Insurance is committed to helping agents and consumers do business with us in the way they prefer," according to Kathleen Burch, IT manager at AAA Life. "Providing our agents with a Web site to view policy values and status is a key part of our strategy." AAA Life will have a seamless front end, integrating the Internet with the back-end administration systems. Administrators and consumers will be able to inquire about policy data, perform transactions and access electronic forms and documents. Genelco LifeView also contains an online Resource Center—a repository of forms and information, and online help, including mini-tutorials for navigation support, and frequently asked questions.
