Reliance Standard Adds Return-To-Work Management Capability for Group Customers

The insurer will implement and offer tools from GettingHired to manage return to work for its benefits customers.

New York-based Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company has selected return-to-work (RTW) programs from Bedminster, N.J.-based GettingHired.

The vendor's FastTrack Career Service Tools product engages claimants earlier in the RTW process and identifies potential RTW opportunities for claimants within 30 to 60 days of the claim being opened, according to a statement from the companies.

Group insurance clients demand from their insurance companies tools to manage absence and return-to-work, Prudential Group Insurance CIO Joe Hayes told I&T earlier this year. Similarly, Reliance Standard is implementing GettingHired as part of a commitment to best practices in providing service and measurable value to its current and future clients," according to a statement.
