Southern Pioneer Picks Allegient for Legal Bill Review
Southern Pioneer Property & Casualty (Jonesboro, Ark.) has selected Wilton, Conn.-based Allegient Systems’ Expense and Reporting Management Suite for legal bill review.
The move will modernize the legal bill review process and reduce claim litigation expenses, while providing the data and reporting capabilities to enable the most informed business decisions for continuous improvement, the companies said in a release.
“Allegient Systems is well known in the insurance industry for setting the standard in legal expense and performance management,” said Robert Shaughnessy, Southern Pioneer’s vice president of claims. “We were impressed with their ability to tailor a program specifically to our needs and provide the time and support to ensure our success. Our teams worked well together through the implementation and we have already successfully moved into a production environment.”
Southern Pioneer Property & Casualty also this year implemented ISCS's SurePower Innovation Policy Administration Suite to process its homeowners', dwelling fire, vacant dwelling fire, garage liability, commercial property and liquor liability.
