State Auto wanted a scalable, configurable system that its IT department could make changes to internally, the company says.
“Guidewire ClaimCenter best met our overall requirements and will enable us to easily configure system changes on our own, so that we can quickly respond to the needs of our business users,” Doug Allen, CIO for State Auto, says in a statement.
ClaimCenter will enable State Auto to manage claims for all its lines of business in a single system, integrate with internal and third-party systems as needed and configure system changes internally, Guidewire says. The system also promises insight that will help the carrier drive process and service improvements, the vendor adds.
