Additionally, Amerisure Mutual Insurance Company, a P&C insurer headquartered in Farmington Hills, Mich., has implemented Guidewire ClaimCenter for workers’ compensation amongst other businesses.
“We’re quickly becoming a recognized industry leader in innovation and continually seek ways to stay ahead of the industry while offering our customers the highest quality services at the best value,” says George Reeth, president at Companion P&C. “Acrometis’ CLAIMExpert provides the ability to improve operating margins and eliminate inefficient claim handler efforts, increasing the amount of time to be spent improving outcomes and closing claims for clients.”
The cloud-based platform routes electronic claims, schedules and executes tasks, and flags priorities and anomalies. Companion P&C hopes to increase productivity speed, accuracy, and data access, according to a release. Similarly, Amerisure was looking for a more efficient system for their core services center.
