TriZetto Says New Version of Software Suite Helps Payers Comply with Regulation
Greenwood Village, Colo.-based TriZetto has released CareAdvance Enterprise 4.71, a care managementsoftware suite that includes the Clinical CareAdvance utilization, case and disease application for clinicians; the Personal CareAdvance application providing population management for members; and the CareAdvance Provider application, which offers a self-service extension of utilization management for physicians.
The company says that the updated communications capabilities of the suite will help payers address ICD-10 mandates, as it accepts utilization management requests with ICD-10 codes. It also features clinical workflow capabilities, a 360-degree member view and the ability to identify opportunities for high-value clinical support.
“This newest version of the CareAdvance Enterprise suite of solutions is designed to help our customers be successful in the rapidly changing healthcare environment,” Jeff Rideout, M.D., TriZetto’s chief medical officer, says in a statement. “By improving communication and connectivity with providers, health plans can engage physicians and enable them to automate requests for medical services, improving consistency of treatment and reducing unwarranted variations in care.”
